The first facility and exports

A processing plant is built in the location of Kato Gatzea, near Volos. The company begins its long journey to the markets of the world by exporting its products in  big wooden barrels.

1920

Our first privately-owned olive grove

The Georgoudis family buys large olive groves next to the processing plant, where they cultivate and harvest olive trees in accordance with traditional methods.

1931

Company expands production

by establishing a new seaside facility in Volos.
